Normandy is the apple growing and dairy region of France. We spent our first night in Rouen, then drove westward as far as the peninsula which sticks up into the English Channel. We stayed in the castle of Bricquebec and then drove on into Brittany the next day.

There are also a lot of horse farms in Normandy.

The "Hotel du Vieux Chateau" is located in the castle of Bricquebec. It was fun to spend a night in a medieval castle.
